# Troubleshooting

## My deposit did not complete

Check the network, token balance, ETH for gas and transaction status. An approval transaction is separate from the deposit. If a quote expires or prices move beyond the permitted limit, refresh it before retrying.

If the transaction is pending, check its status before sending another one.

## The DTF is unavailable or an action is blocked

Confirm the DTF is deployed and enabled. A configured lock period, pause, stale valuation, risk limit or pending collateral transfer can block an operation. Do not assume the cause is a wallet issue.

## My Perpetual withdrawal is pending

Check whether the request created a queued redemption and whether any USDC has already been paid. Shares may have been burned while a claim remains outstanding. Returning collateral and settlement can require authorized operator actions; a wallet refresh will not complete those steps.

There is no fixed settlement time promised. Share the request or transaction identifier with the team if the app does not show enough detail.

## My displayed balance looks wrong

Verify the connected wallet, chain and DTF. Distinguish base-asset balance, DTF shares, position value and bDXP. They are different quantities. Allow for transaction confirmation and data refresh.

## My beta reward is missing

Check whether a campaign is active, your action is eligible and its distribution date has passed. Reward tracking and token distribution may happen at different times. A points total is not proof of an onchain bDXP transfer.

## I cannot complete manager onboarding

Confirm that your email is verified and that the draft has the required fields. A saved draft or pending review is not an active DTF. Use the available review status to identify the next step.

## Report an issue

Contact the Dexponent team through the official beta support channel you joined. Include:

* The DTF name and contract address.
* Your public wallet address and network.
* Transaction hash or request identifier, if available.
* The time, expected result and actual error.
* A screenshot with sensitive account information removed.

Never share a seed phrase, private key, password or login code. Do not deposit more funds just to “unlock” support or recover a pending withdrawal.
