1. Mint: clETH is minted on 2 occasions:

   1. When a user stakes ETH, equivalent clETH is minted.

   2. When a user claims rewards, equivalent clETH is minted.

   1. When a user unstakes, clETH is transferred to the ISC from the user's wallet and burned.
